Airhogs Command Hawk Dual Engine RC Plane Blue Box Instructions Plane Remote

please see the photos for condition. the remote lights up but not sure if we charged the plane correctly and certainly didn't read we needed to throw it to start the plane ???? so it might fly or it might just be a donor or fixer upper
