It is a one piece moulding in glassfibre with Green/Brown Gelcoat (RAL 6008). The length of this cowl (bulkhead to spinner ring) is 130mm. This is longer than the standard by about 20mm. This extra length has been added to improve the appearance and give more flexibility on the engine / Motor fitting especially if converting to electric power - it is a better shape and easier to get the balance right without having to add lead in the nose.
