Batteries will be removed for safe posting but will be sent in the package so you will need a small cross head screwdriver to put them back in. The interior signs are not present and a bit of the gate and main ground level sign is missing too. Small crack on the back of the shop. All shown on the photos. The rest of the playset is all great and will include official Disney diecast Lizzie.
