Comes with controller and chargers. Small crack in the tail and at the bottom of the nose but does not affect the helicopter please see photos. Otherwise all in good condition. Box has some marks and slight damage from storage see photos. Am unable to test as the battery has died so will need new batteries. It was working fine when last used but this was a while ago. No batteries or instructions included. These should both be available online.
