Other authentic features include a recoil firing action, exhaust smoke simulation, a fully functioning turret and barrel, independent suspension, dual sound effect simulation and much much more. The hull was no different to that of the KV-1, however in order to accommodate the 152mm (5.98in) L20 howitzer, a box shaped, 12.9 tonne turret was mounted.
