I have rebuilt the set from scratch, removed most dust and checked the pieces against the parts list in the instruction book, so believe it to be complete. All the pieces and figures are generally in good condition, with some slight fading on some grey pieces. One side of legolas' and Aragorn's head has faded (legolas' is shown in photos). The set will ship deconstructed, with parts sorted by colour as shown. The sails are in perfect condition and there are no cracks in any pieces or figures as far as I am aware. If you want close up photos before purchasing, I can send them, since the figures are still built, and in their own bag.
