This is a brand new set with all factory seals still intact. The box shows heavy signs of wear around the edges and corners from storage, and there is also a tear on the top of the box caused by other sets being stacked on top of it. Despite the box condition, the contents inside remain sealed and untouched. This set would be ideal for someone looking to build and enjoy it, rather than a collector searching for a mint condition box.
