In very good condition. The lights and sounds are working, as well as all the moveable parts. There are two itens missing: the crocodile under the bridge and the barrier from the entrance of the bridge (please see last two pictures). But they don't affect the use of the set. The car shown in the video is not included, it was used only to demonstrate the features.
