This puzzle is entitled Lackluster Circus from Don Moyer's Sketchbook. 1000 pieces. It is dated 2021, made in China. The bottom of the box shows the entire puzzle and there is a 'cheat sheet' (copy of the bottom of the box) inside--yes, they consider looking at the complete image cheating!
