NOT WORKING - Hover Hawk - mini remote control helicopter

Could be a problem with the remote or the helicopter itself. This isn't my area of expertise, but may be fixable or useful for parts. Sold as seen. I have no idea where the screwdriver or instructions have gone over the years.
