A model cat and dog.The cat is a replica of "Able Seaman Simon," the cat that served on the HMS Amethyst, produced by Nauticalia.Materials: typically constructed using rabbit fur or synthetic materials covering a cardboard or plastic base. The original Simon was a real ship's cat during the 1949 Yangtze Incident and was awarded the Dickin Medal for bravery. The dog is probably a model border terrier. Both measure approximately 20 x 29 x 8 cm.
