Like the original from 1902, this replica is made of reddish brown mohair and is filled with wood shavings. The claws and mouth are hand stitched and his nose has been moulded out of sealing wax. The arms and legs are secured to the body with cords, again just like the original. Cardboard disks are used to secure the cord knots and prevent them from tearing through the fabric when the arms and legs are moved. This allows each limb to be rotated about the knot without moving the cord. Limited edition. Certificate and box included. Kept in a shaded glass fronted cabinet.
