This is an "All-American Picture Puzzle" No. 3 featuring John Trumbull's painting The Signing of the Declaration of Independence. The puzzle set contains 280 pieces and originally retailed for 25 cents. I counted all 280 pieces. The box art depicts the 1776 Continental Congress presenting the draft of the Declaration.
