Very good preowned condition The set comes with the original box and is complete except for the original car that came with it. I will put a couple of Matchbox cars in but they won't be what the set came with. There are also 3 extra buildings which are the brown ones in the photos. one of the stand up figures has snapped so needs gluing back to its base (see photos) There are signs if Play like the stickers have started to peel etc, nothing major. Box has some damage. Any questions please ask
